Overview

• Low 10:1 Player:Coach Ratio allowing for extended personal instruction, supervision, and position specific development
• The use of a Brand New TURF Lacrosse Field, Brand New Grass Field, a 400m Track, all here in nearby Palo Alto!
• All participants will receive a camp pinnie, camp t-shirt, and camp shorts!! Daily raffles, performance prizes, and gifts from sponsors will also be handed out throughout the week.
• Participants are required to provide their own equipment made up of a helmet, a stick, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, a mouthguard, and cleats.

• Early Bird MVP - by Friday, May 1 - $425

• Standard - by Friday, June 26 - $485
  
• Fashionably Late - by Friday, July 3 - $525 (Only Pinnie)

1) Download Registration / Liability Release Form below
2) Register with U.S. Lacrosse
3) Mail Completed Form and Check to Billing Office:

Referral Rebate Details

• Rebate only applies towards the Upper Crust Lacrosse Camp
  
• Receive a $50 cash rebate for any friend or team mate that signs up and in the Notes section of Registration mentions being referred by you
• To receive the cash rebate you must already be signed up to participate. Rebate does not apply towards registering other family members.
